There was time to vindicate himself later when nobody was in danger of being eaten or crushed. The bright side, pun not intended, was that the double-wrecked ship illuminated the cave enough to fight whatever ghouls lurked in the dark. And it made the air a lot warmer! Oh, not to mention that it provided the perfect ammunition for someone lacking their usual fire-starting capabilities. Seeing as how his two climbing companions focused their attention on the icy golem and saving Fox, Raz took a more supportive role, hanging behind the upfront fighters and pelting Kelvin with chunks of burning debris using his TK. He wasn't hurling recklessly, of course, aiming for the moments when he had clear shots and no one was too close to it. It was just like the knife-throwing act back home. It even had the same potentially disastrous results if he missed! Any further help he could've given was cut short when Kelvin pulled off its last ditch effort, freezing most of the fighters as it went to split them all up. In his mad dash to pelt it with more makeshift fireballs Raz had ended up on the side of the ice wall opposite Kelvin, Therion, and Big Band. "Aw man," Raz sighed. There was some sort of irony there - the Wendigo engulfed in fire and Kelvin blocked off by his ice - but it was mostly lost on the boy who would've preferred to get a few licks in himself. But everyone else was holding up fine, at least. Maybe he didn't need to be the one giving the helping hand all the time. He turned to the others with him and pointed to the burning wreckage. "We, uh, got the chain free, by the way."
WORD COUNT: 329 EXP GAIN: +1
