She typically has high confidence, is self-motivated, and is comfortable with taking risks; Although it may become quite bothersome when something goes in ways unexpected. The woman finds it for the better and has been proven so if she gives her all and her utter best in her works. 
It is recognized that Izanami is not one of the few who are quite nice and well approachable. She does have a nice side and devotes her heart to those who share the memory.
