The Timekeeper was forced to throw the burning article off and drop kick it aside. Without it, the others could see a hint of his mechanical nature; the kid's arms were built similar to a ball-jointed doll. It irritated him that his retaliation against the opposing duo failed to stagger Bob, but it gave some of the others a short time to act. Protector attempted to restrain the huntress and the robot (Fable rose a brow in seeing only one of the latter's legs get entangled), giving the Pepsi-Man-Without-His-Paint an in to attack. Unfortunately, they were only leaving dents in the both of them. Jane hid behind Bob like a coward while the latter shrugged off their attempts like they were nothing. The boy tensed up once he saw the robotic butler preparing to charge at them, atleast, that's what he assumed. Several of the flame barrels found a way to their side of the fight, and with a startled yelp from the boy, the Timekeeper and the Protector were knocked to the wall by the blasted things. He concidered himself lucky that their earlier melody kept the both of them from getting hurt, but the path ahead of them was now conciderably hazardous. As if things hadn't escalated enough, reinforcments for the opposing team started to appear out of the woodwork. A note that they've stalled for too long. Even Billy and Tetrad were starting to act. More pyromancers appeared to harass the vaguard, some weird ghost thing rose up on the other side, and- Oh god. At the glimpse of the one he was most concerned about, Fable could feel his heart drop to his stomach. If he was being honest, he didn't expect Betty to appear until some point later. So to see the thralled violinist this early? He felt...relieved. A stressed, selfish sort of joy, but one none the less. And the only thing standing in his way was that damn robot that he didn't think they could take out so easily. The ghost would be a nussance too, but the rest can atleast bleed. He'd have to trust Klava's plan. With a nod to the Maiden, he casted a speed boost on himself, sprinting up to and across the wall to avoid the firery debris. Once he neared Bob, he hopped off the wall and [s]hopefully[/s] past the robot. If anyone would deal with Betty, it'd be him. ...It has to be.
