Title is more like whether or not you are a Noble or a Commoner.

Tavern Brawler is more like a Career.  I'll change the CS around a bit.  I shouldn't have listed Mercenary and stuff under Title.

Really it's more like a hobby though.  Is the Tavern Brawler guy like a bandit, or a mercenary, or a farmer, or a blacksmith or something.  How does he make his money?  That's the career.
