Nah, this is mostly an intro post with a wide open end for the tagged characters to appear (or not appear). After all, he's about to head inside the keep. There's really no need for any reactions to occur regarding anything but the end paragraph. I simply write a bit detailed from the character's pov. My posts beyond the intro should all be far shorter thankfully, but I'd feel personally offended as a writer to not do the intro properly.
