The aftermath of the war would mark a completely new Era for humanity, every year after being known as A.U or After Union. In this universe, the creatures, spirits, demons, etc, of Japanese Folklore exist and heavily influenced the course of the worlds history. The most important change in this Universe's History, was the emergence of a genetic mutation, better known as Yokai Gene's (Y.G for short) across the globe. Because the world and it's inhabitants were in close proximity to Yokai, naturally the energy or "Ki" of these mythical beings and creatures would begin to bleed into everything around them. Plants, animals, etc, would begin to involuntarily absorb properties of Ki, and as a direct result, the world would begin to see results of the mutations. Plants would be the first to alarm the change as some became sentient, or would grow in bizarre ways, some even having wildly vibrant color schemes, while others having poisons that could destroy whole sections of forests. Then animals became next, as yokai-esque looking animals began to show up around small towns, while other animals would be seen able to control certain elements or other seemingly magical abilities. Then the first human would surface, with what is now called a "Mutation Marker" that appeared in the form of horns on his forehead. Slowly but surely more humans began to develop traits such as wings, tails, extra arms, two heads, etc. These mutations not only gave a human one trait, but also greatly changed the natural abilities of humans, varying from inhuman speed and dexterity, to increased strength and durability or even heightened senses of smell and hearing. [/color] [color=#693376]At first, humans would only have one Mutation Marker and one natural ability that was altered, however that changed when a woman appeared with not one, but two traits. This woman would have wings and horns, and seemingly had all his natural human abilities altered. Not only that but he had the ability to control the weather and materialize a vibrant rainbow colored Katana. She would be known as the first human-being to hold Yokai Shogun Genes or Y.S.G for short. Y.S.G mutations would only appear once out of every ten thousand Y.G holders naturally, meaning they were incredibly rare. A being with Y.S.G would have two or more Mutation Markers, increased natural abilities on all fronts, the ability to summon what would be come to know as a "Soul Binder" or a Katana they can be materialize and dematerialized at will, as well as typically one ability that could be perceived as magical or divine in it's nature. Thus began humanities new societal age, as Y.G and Y.S.G's became more and more widespread with each passing year. This RP will be taking place in the year 2185 A.U, a dystopian cyberpunk-esque future on Ishura. This RP is going to center around the Sakanoshita District, and will follow several arcs of story. After each Arc, ill accept new characters and do a general recap before starting the next arc. Your characters at the start have been recruited by Tsukiyama Fujino, a rising name in Sakanoshita. She is starting her own Gang, The Kurosagi (Black Swans), in an attempt to form a group capable of disrupting the current status-quo in the district, with a secondary plot that will become important in later arcs if we get there. [center][h2] - First Arc: A Change is Here - [/h2][/center] In the mega-city of Neo-Tokyo, the J.F polices the streets with an iron hand. Y.G and Y.S.G are more or less left to protect and police themselves. Gangs and Groups of Y.S.G have grown to become the top of the food chain in Neo-Tokyo, as most functions in each districts, are directly controlled by the biggest groups and gangs. In Sakanoshita, The Forgotten are the kingpins of the crime ridden district. Anyone who wants to conduct a new business enterprise or venture, would have to go through the Forgotten and pay a hefty tax or payout. Anyone who decided differently, are met with a very violent and very public execution, made an example for anyone foolish enough to think similarly. Tsukiyama has been abiding by the rules of the Forgotten, but with the emergence of the Kurosagi, shes looking to change Sakanoshita into a place that people can come to and not have to look over their shoulder constantly. This arc will follow the start of the Kurosagi's journey into becoming the top gang in Sakanoshita. In 2185, the world is vastly ahead in means of technology, lifestyles, world views, and general societal hierarchies. On Ishura, there are Five Mega cities Of importance. Each city spanning thousands of miles wide, all in various different designs and city plans. All five cities fall under the law and order of the Japanese Federation, or the J.F for short. The J.F took control after the chaos of the Union generally pretty fast as most of their infrastructure was intact and they happened to have the most Y.S.G soldiers at the time. Of course this wasn't a peaceful takeover. Once the J.F realized they weren't the only surviving government entity, there was a period of hostile take overs, as the J.F mobilized and siege each city at the time. It was a swift and "just" takeover, as the J.F began dictating what was and wasn't allowed. There would be a nation wide ban on the travel of Y.S.G outside of Tokyo, only those carrying a special passport, with approval from the J.F were allowed to leave and live in another mega-city. Not only that, but every Y.S.G would be required to have a tracer injected into their bodies, either at birth, or for the already existing Y.S.G, a non-optional medical procedure. Of course there are many who hide in the vast mega-cities, however they must keep a low profile or risk the Jaegar (Think Navy SEALs) operatives coming to terminate "Undocumented Shogun". This is a problem that is gaining more and more ground as Y.S.G are forming groups and pushing back against the status quo of the J.F. There are three joint agencies, called the Peace Corps, dedicated to enforcing J.F laws and policies at different levels, spanning jurisdiction across all five mega-cities.[/color] [hider=Peace Corps][color=#3F66AD]The most prevalent agency, is the Ishura Law Enforcement Agency or the I.L.E.A for short. the I.L.E.A often referred to as the J.F's Lap Dogs, are responsible for Y.G and Zero-Percenter related incidents, more or less the police force of the J.F. This agency is primarily Y.G Holders, with a few humans to deal with human affairs. They are typically useless in actually helping the city, and are more of an immediate way to quell/contain any civilian problems within the cities. They largely are a deterrent for crimes in the more high society area's and largely neglect the lower income areas. This agency is also handles court cases unless related to Y.S.G related issues. [hr] The second biggest agency would be the Ishura Security and Containment Agency or the I.S.C.A for short. Being named by the public as the "Wayfinders", the Agency largely deals with Yokai and Brokenland related problems. Because the city is around 80% Y.G altered materials, proven to be much more durable and long lasting, it has caused a phenomenon known as an "Outbreak". Yokai will suddenly and randomly appear, instantly causing chaos from the their Ki leaking out in various different ways. Outbreaks however do tend to happen more often around tragedies and large amounts of negative emotions, the Yokai seeming to be drawn to events such as these like flies. The Outbreaks ranking 1-5, the number reflecting the power and danger of the situation. Rank One and Rank Two Outbreaks generally are the most common and will largely be yokai more akin to those of Folklore. Rank ones will consist of most animal type yokai, typically no bigger then a car. They will have simple ki abilities, and are the easiest to hunt, these types of out breaks only really last 30-60 minutes on average. The real problem with Rank 1 Outbreaks, is the Yokai will always appear in groups, the biggest recorded group so far being 60 strong, so they tend to cause quite a commotion. While you can obtain a lot of parts, they typically have the lowest payouts. Rank 2 Yokai tend to be much more intelligent, and twice as strong as Rank 1 Yokai. These Yokai tend to look more monster-esque, and will come in groups no larger then 5, so far at least. They will always have two Ki abilities, a simple ability and an evolved version usually, though there have been Rank 2's with 2 completely unrelated Ki abilities. Because they are stronger, typically city alarm system will call for a temporary evacuation for civilians not capable of fighting. The payouts on Rank Two's grow exponentially, as does the risk. Immediate evacuation required for all Y.G and Zero=Percenters and a call to arms to respond until the Wayfinders can make their way to the outbreak. Each Rank poses and immediate threat to the surrounding area and are typically met with a full response from both the I.S.C.A and the J.F.S.F. At Rank 3, these types of outbreaks only happen several times every month and are typically the result of a mass causality event or terrorist attack. These Yokai become increasingly more humaniod, and are highly intelligent, capable of capitalizing on weaknesses and setting up traps. These Yokai also can have very complex Ki abilities, but will only have one. The I.S.C.A and J.F.S.F response are fast for two reasons, the first being that while Y.S.G are capable of fighting Rank 3s, there's a likely chance Y.S.G Bountymen or Civies looking to get rich quick, will Enrage the Yokai. This causes a phenomenon making it evolve into a Rank 4, often known as an Enraged Rank 3. The second reason is because these Yokai are a rarity and as such, capable of either adding a hefty chunk of change for the I.S.C.A or potential Yokai material that could lead into breakthroughs in the J.F.S.F R&D branch. These Outbreaks either happen when a Rank 3 gets enraged, or Natural Rank 4 Yokai outbreaks, which typically occur 1-3 times a year. Enraged Rank 3's will evolve into either a more powerful form or something entirely different and will suddenly gain a Soul Binder. They gain Y.S.G and will typically gain several new abilities, as well as heal any wounds they sustained up until that point. A enraged Rank 3 calls for a mass evacuation of all Civilians and will instantly alert the Jaeger Branch to come and help the I.S.C.A attempt to contain and capture it for "science" purposes. A Natural Rank 4 elicits a similar response, but these Outbreaks are largely regarded as Calamities. While Enraged Rank 3's have high intelligence, Rank 4's are much more sinister. These calamities are almost always alone, only ten pairs of 2 have been recorded in the last 100 years. They are almost fully humanoid and have the ability to speak intelligently. A Rank 4's Ki ability will always serve the purpose of maximum destruction, capable of wiping away whole city blocks in an instant. There is almost always a guarantee the Kurushimu are responsible for the Outbreak. If someone were to get their hands on Enraged Rank 3 or Rank 4 materials, they'd either become one of the richest in Neo-Tokyo, or on a J.F.S.F Hitlist. They are death incarnate and there is nothing short of a full scale response by the J.F and a mass evacuation out of the district they appeared in, to stop them from destroying Neo-Tokyo. -Redacted-, -Redacted-, -Redacted- were the three incidents in name, the last of which Tsukiyama was involved in as an old Jaeger and the main reason she left the Jaeger. Any information besides pictures taken from unfortunate souls who happened to capture the Outbreak, have been locked away behind the highest clearance in the J.F.S.F, and any remains of the three Rank 5 that were killed, are locked within the center of Neo-tokyo at the Temple of Jigoku. They have various outpost out in the badlands, and each Mega-city has their own specialized Wayfinder Branch. They also guard the walls around each city, and handle all crimes with Illegal Yokai Smuggling, Illegal/Unregulated Y.G altered product. Because of the nature of this agency, they tend to be the most beneficial to the mega-cities. This agency is primarily made up of Y.G and Y.S.G holders, with a small amount of Zero-Percenters with extensive cybernetic mods that allow them to keep up with the pace of the job. The last agency is the one most notorious, dubbed The "Shogun Hunters", they deal with all matters involving Y.S.G related incidents. They are only made up of Y.S.G holders and officially called the J.F Special Forces or J.F.S.F. There several branches within the agency, however there is only one branch that is publicly known as the Jaeger Branch. The J.Fs attack dogs so to speak, this branch deals specifically with strict policing and monitoring of Y.S.G Holders. Stationed in every cities capital, they are made up of dozens of prodigies, typically hand picked to go to the J.F Academy. Each member of this branch, fall under a special callsign, and have absolute legal power within the mega-cities. They are the judge, jury and executioner, and they largely are unmonitored by the government, not by choice because the J.F cant touch them. The Jaeger are heavily corrupt and directly led by the president of Ishura, a [url=https://i.pinimg.com/originals/50/64/79/5064796f14088712c98eb0599e51660f.jpg]Y.S.G Holder[/url] who has said to have been alive for 150 years. [/color][/hider] [hider=Tiny bit of Lore and outside the mega-city information][color=#2A7FC8][b]After the events of the "The Union" there was an unbelievable amount of tragedy, both from direct effects and the thousands of problems that arise when continents collide together. Paris (EU), Moscow (RU), Washington D.C (NA/CA/SA), Kinshasa (AF,ME,AU) and Tokyo (Asia) would largely remain intact after the world altering event, and as a result would lead to mass migrations to each respective city. The earth's population at the time was close to around 1,654,000,000 and rising until the calamity, which would leave only a third (551,000,000+) of the worlds population alive. Now however, the world sits at 7,750,000,000+ people, with 80% op[b][u][/u][/b]ting to live in one of the five Light Rail connected Mega-Cities. The other 30% reside in what is called the "Brokenlands", the destroyed ancient remains of hundreds of cities and pre-Union society. These people consist of those that don't agree with the Ruling Political Parties of Ishura, dangerous beings banished from any of the Mega-Cities, those looking for extremely dangerous peace and quiet, or even those who seek an unmarked frontier, ripe with old ruins to rediscover. In terms of the general environment outside the cities, and even within some of the megacities, are a varying mix of different climates and vastly different landscapes. Because Yokai freely roam the Brokenlands, its been off-limits for many years now, after many civilians who opted to cross the dangerous lands to the other mega-cities were slaughtered in droves. For a Y.G the survival rate is about 10%, and a Y.S.G hitting about 25%. If the various different types of Yokai didn't kill them, it was the always changing weather and landscapes. What could be lush jungles, could change to barren salt flats in the span of only a couple of weeks. With the advancement of technology however, there has been a very primitive road system for those that find themselves outside the mega=city limits. The light rail system however, remains the fast way to traverse to any of the five cities, taking about 30 minutes to cross what would typically take a full eight months on foot. Drifters, banished and Defectors from the J.F all have their own ways of surviving and typically if you seek to venture outside the walls, you'll need have a Coyote with you, or someone who makes a living smuggling things in and out of the mega-cities and across the Brokenlands.[/b][/color][/hider][/b] [center][h2][color=#1599E3] - Districts/NPC District Gangs - [/color][/h2][/center] [color=#1599E3]Neo-Tokyo takes the shape of a giant circle spanning thousands of miles, surrounded by nuclear-warfare defense, Y.S.G grade material wall. There is one road that goes directly through the city from left to right, almost like a spine, known as the Mugen no michi (Infinite Road) or I.R 1. The Mega-City itself is separated into specific districts, that all have their own downtown along the main spine and, in a somewhat literal sense, ecosystems. These districts take the general layout of rings around the center of Neo-Tokyo, with each district sectioned off by the same material as the outer wall of the city, and max-security gates at certain roads connected to the neighboring district. There was a general plan for the layout of the city, but hundreds of years of growth has lead to a mostly jumbled labyrinth of various building designs. Seemingly infinite amounts of roads and buildings at ground level, with 20-50 levels built above, stacked in a mostly secure way. More often then not, the citizens of Neo-Tokyo could discover an entirely new level of the city they've never been too, despite living their whole lives in the city. Addresses typically include, building I.D, Street Name, Floor Number, District (Ex. FujKu114, I.R 1, G-0, Sakanoshita District would be the address for the Kurosagi's base.) [u][b](Some of the districts wont be in this arc, so they will be locked for the time being, as will their Gangs/Groups, as they also wont make an appearance.)[/b][/u][/color] [center][hider=Heita District (Slums/Second Largest District)][color=#940040] [img]https://i.pinimg.com/564x/88/18/8f/88188f83804b3fdcdf9fa1f31863577d.jpg[/img] The Heita District is more or less the glaring stain on an otherwise MOSTLY civilized mega-city. Sitting at the very outer ring around the city, they are the furthest from the wealth. While Sakanoshita happens to house most of the organized crime, Heita is home to the worst of it. The slums statistically has the lowest income per household, if you could call it that, and the highest crime rate, which a good portion of it isn't reported regardless. Because of this, it tends to house the grimiest of the citizens, convicted felons, Y.S.G who have ripped out their trackers and anarchists are a couple of the types you'd find most here. Because of this, only the J.F.S.F tend to venture into the dangerous maze of shanty and decayed buildings. In addition to the close proximity to the outer wall around the city, Heita suffers from the most Yokai outbreaks and as a result, the I.S.C.A have a heavy presence in the slums. Though unfortunately, they are strictly hands off with things outside of Yokai outbreaks. Most of the time the I.L.E.A rarely responds to calls despite having a headquarters in the downtown area. There are dozens of gangs and factions that exist within Heita, but two rain as leaders and are constantly warring with one another in the streets of Heita. [h3]- Gangs -[/h3] [u][b][h3]Tenshi-tachi no musuko-tachi (Sons of Angels)[/h3][/b][/u] [img]https://i.imgur.com/KufsTju.jpg[/img] [b](In Order of left to right, Tetsuya Yamazaki, Taro, Kenji|Kurou Hagiwara)[/b] The Sons of Angels, are the shining torch in the darkness for Heita, and for the most part, the only peace keepers in the slums. Above all else, helping the unfortunate survive in the harsh, largely ignored district is their #1 goal. The gang is primarily made up of teens and young adults who are tired of living in fear in the Heita district. While they're are not rich, they do have some heavy hitters capable of making up for it. Working out of dozens of of bases, they stand a 1,000 strong, led by four men. Because the Sons of Angels dont leave the slums, not much is known beyond their names and titles. Tetsuya Yamazaki (age 25) known as the Blue Tengu, an always hooded man stands as the gangs head. While Tetsuya Yamazaki (age 24) stands as second in command with his signature smart helmet, known as the Horus, the always knowing. The #3 and #4 of the gang are the twin Hagiwara brothers (Age 20), are called the Angel Twins. This gang is highly capable and are strong enough to not immediately be squashed by their rival gang, The Tormented. The reason most are so young, is because their parents had been members in the long standing gang, who were slaughtered many years ago and they are the only ones left to "keep the torch from burning out" [u][b][h3]Kurushimu(Tormented)[/h3][/b][/u] [img]https://i.imgur.com/YTMh5Zb.jpg[/img] [b](In order top left to Top right and so on, Goro Uemura, Enosho Seimeisetsu, Rakida Uemura, Kazemachi Orinatsu, Yasukida Torao, Kodasaka|Tomibaru Baitomi, Natsunaga|Otokuro|Uzugami Dainokoji, Enomisu Matsunmochi, Tamaya Nobotaka)[/b] The cancer of Neo-Tokyo in both a literal and figurative sense, the Tormented are a gang that even the J.F remains hesitant to disrupt or disturb the gang in anyways. They hold immense power both in Ki and influence, and are by far the strongest Gang in the mega-city. They have one base out of Heita, however they do have safe houses in each district. The Tormented are pure chaos incarnate. More akin to a terrorist cell, then a gang, the Tormented are typically responsible for huge incidents and crimes within the mega-city. They are afraid of no one, J.F or otherwise, and it's rumored they want to release the Yokai Council from the Jigoku Temple Seal in the heart of Neo-Tokyo. Instead of huge numbers, there are only 12 members, 11 of which are Natural Born Y.S.G and 1 Zero-Percenter, however they each are stronger then 200 Y.G Holders at least. The two heads, notoriously labeled the Devil Kings, are Goro Uemura and Enosho Seimeisetsu. They are rumored to be around 100 years old, but it's impossible to confirm or deny this. These two are ruthless and cunning, having survived three revivals of the gang since it's existence. They will not hesitate to eliminate anything that goes against their plans, and they are prone to snapping at a moments notice The second in command under them is Rakida Uemura (age 20), known as the Devil King's Daughter, she is even more ruthless then the heads and has been rumored to have 1000s of kills under her belt. It's thought that she is Goro's daughter, but the girl is so fucking nuts it's impossible to find out if this is true. At all cost, avoid making any type of contact with the small girl. Following these three, are the Tormented Enforcers, ranked by individual power levels amongst the 9. Starting at the strongest, Kazemachi Orinatsu (age 25) stands proud. She is known as Mad Dog, and will always be seen with her Yokai dog hybrid. She like Rakida, is fucking nuts and wants nothing more then for Neo-City to burn down beneath her feet. She often is the main instigator and has the amazing ability to always create trouble in whatever district she's in. Behind her, is a man known as Yasukida Torao (age 19). He is a dangerous new addition to the gang and not much is known about who he and where he came from. Following in the #3 and #4 spots, are the Baitomi Twins (age 23), better known as the Butcher Brothers. They are known to kidnap and torture civilians in their past time. They typically are the ones the Devil Kings call on for abductions and interrogations. At spot #5, #6 and #7 are the Dainokoji siblings (age 26, 24, 21), also known as the Trio of Chaos. While they may not be the strongest of the enforcers, they make up for that with a unique Y.S.G ki ability that ties the three. You must kill Natsunaga to kill the other two, otherwise the brothers remain immortal. At spot #8 comes the gangs healer, Enomisu Matsunmochi (age 27) also known as the Grim Reaper. He is a twisted mute man who has the ability to both heal and decay whatever he touches. He is second weakest, however he is one of the more important members of the gang. And at the last spot, sits the seemingly meek Tamaya Nobotaka, He is the only Zero-Percenter on any of the gangs and thats for good reason. He is what Ishura's Citizens call a Cybernetic Zombie. This is by effect, as the J.F largely allows it to happen here, in order to keep the rest of the districts clean. Because of this, Sakanoshita is fairly wealthy in some parts, while terribly poor in others. The downtown area is for the most part safer then the outskirts of the district, and that's were you'll find most of the night life occurs. I.L.E.A does show up for most calls, but mostly ignore the glaring issues of the district, an order coming from the J.F. Only if something especially egregious happens, something that cant simply be ignored or swept under the rug so to speak, will the I.L.E.A respond appropriately. The other two agencies have no hesitancy to come to Sakanoshita, but because of the J.F orders, they largely ignore most of the problems that would fall under their jurisdiction. Yokai outbreaks happen regularly, in which bountymen will typically come to kill and sell it to the highest bidder. However it can sometimes turn into a shitshow as people fight for the bounty, while the Yokai are rampaging. The I.S.C.A lack of a presence means the citizens of Sakanoshita are largely responsible with dealing with them. It is often rumored the Forgotten, The Tormented and the J.F.S.F regularly create situations to spawn Yokai for their raw material and largely disregard the citizens of Sakanoshita's wellbeing. They tend to create Outbreaks, source what they can and quickly leave the scene, forcing the citizens to deal with the aftermath. Especially with Enraged Rank 3 Yokai's, as Sakanoshita on average has three times the normal amount as the other districts. While the Outbreaks do generate an appalling amount of money and raw goods for the general economy, it also has left Sakanoshita in a constant state of repair in some of the poorer areas. It's not widely known however, that the Forgotten have very close ties to the Tormented and are often working together in Sakanoshita. They don't have the means to go against the Tormented, but both benefit by each others existence, and make it easy to keep control of the two outer rings of Neo-Tokyo as a deal of sorts. The Forgotten are not inherently evil, they just have no qualms about doing whatever possible to keep their power and wealth. They work as a group of four, managing all the crime as four bosses. Big Boss Chonaka (age 23) is the son of the former Big Boss, who he killed in order to obtain the seat. He is a vicious and vile result of what Sakanoshita can do to a child. He is a narcissist, control freak who has only made Sakanoshita worse in the two years he's taken over as the Big Boss. He is responsible for the total takeover and complete change of the three other bosses, replacing them with his 3 closest and trusted allies. Okizawa is the strongest of the four and holds the most power within Sakanoshita. Being a Y.S.G holder, he has the base ki ability to control and create fire at a whim. On top of this, he also has an evolved Ki ability that gives him the ability to use a unique red and blue fire that cant be put out unless he allows it. He is a force to be reckoned with and Tsukiyama's personal target. Boss Honiko (age 22) is Okizawa's kid best friend since the age of 5, who is relatively hidden away from the public in Sakanoshita. She is said to be a cold woman with little regard for anyone beyond three other bosses. While she stands as the second strongest, she very rarely is seen fighting or taking part in Sakanoshita gang wars. She is a Y.S.G awakened that has only one ki ability, which control of water and the power to create it from nothing. She is known to largely run any illegal Yokai-related enterprise in Sakanoshita. She holds the least amount of power in Sakanoshita on account of her being largely absent from the scene. But make no mistake, she is just as dangerous as Chonaka. Boss Korobei (24) while third strongest, holds the second most power in Sakanoshita, sort of seen as Okizawa's main enforcer. He can always be found at the front lines of any gang war related to the Forgotten and largely hailed as the General of the Forgotten's underlings. He is charismatic, charming and above all else, a snake. He wont hesitate to make a deal with you, and gut you like a pig when your back is turned. He is not to be trusted, despite playing the appearance of a caring gang leader, here to help the community. He is also known to largely run the illegal fetish brothels and human-trafficking rings in Sakanoshita. Being a natural born Y.S.G holder, he was born with both his base ki ability and his evolved version. He is able to merge with his Soul Binder, a Katana, and turn into a living blade, capable of cutting things just by touching it with any part of his body. His evolved version allows him to change his soul binder into a shield, and gain an impenetrable property on the front of his body. Boss Tadatsu (age 23) sits at the bottom of the totem pole, not because she isn't strong, but because it is largely unknown what she does for the Forgotten. It is also unknown if she is a Zero-Percenter, Y.G or Y.S.G Holder, even more so then Honiko, she has never been seen fighting. There is a rumor she is a Y.G Cybernetic Zombie, but it truly is nothing but a rumor. This was demanded by the citizens of Maebaru early on into Neo-Tokyo's planning and with all the wealth, it took almost a decade to complete. In order to get into the Maebaru District, you must either be a citizen born there, or in possession of a Maebaru Gold Coin, a special token outsiders must pay for with a conversion cost roughly 1 Coin - 300$. This district strongly discriminates against Zero-Percenters and Y.G Holders, largely because Maebaru has the largest population of Y.S.G. Even Y.S.G Awakened will feel a slight disdain for the fact they are not a Natural Born. Maebaru is the high society of high society, and as such, the Peace Corps has the strongest and most active presence in this District. Outbreaks are quickly and efficiently dealt with, this district has the lowest amount of crime, both because of the type of people that lived here, but also because of the I.L.E.A proactive presence. Underneath what typically is a traditional white kimono, is an exceptional toned and built body, like that of an Y.S.G solider. The Jaeger program kept her on a tight training and maintaining regiment that, despite being ten years gone from the government position, she still follows the regiment to a T. She also has an uncanny beauty for being 55, seeming to have stopped aging in her 20s, having Y.S.G has prolonged her health and aging. Tsukiyama is riddled in dozens of scars all over her body, not just the ones present on her face and neck. Being a Jaeger meant a lot of combat and skirmishes, having come close to dying several times, her scars are a window into who she was prior to becoming woman she is now. She is typically considered one of the most down to earth Y.S.G Holders many come into contact with residing in Sakanoshita. Especially for someone running a gang in the more seedy parts of Neo-Tokyo. Truth be told, she often thinks that the job isn't for her secretly, she feels like she should have been a doctor or care taker, but she'd learn it really doesn't matter what she thinks pretty early on in her life. Upon realizing she was a Y.S.G holder, or rather her family realizing, her life would be carefully laid out in front of her, never being allowed to stray from it. She would be forced to be perfect in every way, from her attitude, to her mannerisms, even the way she spoke would have to be eloquent and perfect. Because she was always told to put others before herself, this is where the base of her personality starts, a child who wanted to be perfect for a family that she could never be perfect enough for. Tsukiyama has a very calming personality much of the time, like that of a mother or a grandmother, because of her experience as both a mother and and a wife. She learned to deal with a lot of problems such bickering or disagreements and happens to have a very soothing voice that seems to want to lure you into a calming state or even sleep. She loves to go through problems with people and act like a mother or therapist giving her opinion on what they should do or say. She is over all the nicest when it comes to those sort of things and she loves helping others a lot. Even if they aren't the nicest, she tries her best to help out with even the smallest of others problems, whether it be physical or mental, she does her best to use her wealth knowledge and try and give the best advice she feels possible. The other gang leaders find her personality interesting as she strives to help even the evilest of people before having to fight. As long as its not killing the innocent, Tsukiyama will try help with almost, again almost, every task. Though there are some boundaries she will not cross, those involve her body, killing comrades and overall just wrongly hurting or extorting people. Those are the boundaries she will not cross even if her life is on the line and a sword is at her neck. She can also be much like a sage when helping people through physical hardships, helping them train, even save their sorry asses if need be. She gonna try her best to help the newbies out whenever possible, even ones that aren't going to be fond of her. If the person is willing, she do her best to help them train, just ask nicely and she'll do her best to make you stronger. This part of her comes from the fact that she no longer has Y.S.G Soldiers to train, having been ten years since she quit the J.F Special Forces. She loves giving advice that is honest regardless of if they will hurt your feelings, she will not lie to you even if it comes down to saying something mean, she only wants you to get better and if things need to be said then she will say it. Granted she does understand feelings and try to dial it back in certain situations, but for the most part, you will get the truth out of her and nothing less. In the event that she does lie to you, which rarely will happen, she would do it for the protection of not only herself but you and the people involved if it is that serious then at that point she will keep it to herself and only the people she is sure can handle it so that she does not cause mass panic. She does have a dark center however, her time as a Jaeger did harden her into a dangerous person. Gaining the name of One-Eye Wolf of Sakanoshita was not for nothing. She is exceptionally trained in combat scenarios, dealing with hundreds of missions in her 25 years working in the J.F military, 22 years of which were in the Special Forces division. Not only was she a member of the Jaeger Branch, but she also lead a squad for many years, before going on to become training director for the Jaeger Branch. She is a trained killer, with more then 500+ confirmed kills under her belt. She is not someone you want to cross, as underneath the sage like persona, lays someone ready to do ANYTHING is possible to keep her gang and people safe. Not many have seen her fight in combat, but the ones who have, have gone on to say that she becomes unrecognizable. When Mitsubishi announced they be making a retro bike, She could hardly contain her excitement. Thanks to her job with the government, and a high position at that, she was able to be one of the first to order and purchase one. Hers has a white base paint with gold and black trim, with the Kurosagi symbol of the [url=https://i.pinimg.com/236x/c8/e2/6c/c8e26c6eb0812bd1bf157f056ed021f9--swan-tattoo-black-swan.jpg]black swan[/url] as a decal on the right side of the bike. The bike is a hyrbid, capable of riding on the road, or switching seamlessly into its hovercraft mode. It is naturally faster on the road than on the hoverzones, as it is a retro build, capable of reaching speeds up to 250MPH. The bike has an active A.I system, that aids in keeping the Bike on the road at its top speed. The A.I system also has a An Active Protection Policy that keeps a small invisible forcefield around the bike when it's in motion. It does not disturb whatever it touches unless the A.I deeps it a threat to the driver. It also syncs to a special helmet that has a Heads up Display projected on the visor of the helmet. The bike requires a hand imprint cybernetic that acts as a biometric key. Meaning the bike cant be turned on or activated unless Tsuki remains in close proximity. There are some requirements for Tsuki to be able to use it on living objects. The most important requirement, is eye contact, not having to be longer than 3 seconds in total of uninterrupted eye contact is necessary for complete displacement. Otherwise she will either teleport a portion of the object, or be unable to control the direction and/or destination of the displacement. She also must stand still prior to attempting precise displacement, otherwise it can result in horrible disasters or accidents. She also is able to teleport herself freely within the sphere of influence, it appearing as though she's suddenly popping from place to place if you were to watch her use the ability on herself. Being a natural born Y.S.G, her power at birth were already pretty strong, accidentally teleporting her father into the sky above the hospital when he held her for the first time. She also happened to be a Y.S.G Holder, whose power had the ability to awaken twice. [u]First Awakening: Object Acceleration/Deceleration[/u] Following in the same distance of Object Displacement, Tsukiyama is able to speed up or slow down living and nonliving objects within the sphere of influence. All the same requirements apply, this awakened portion of her ability requires even greater focus in order to use it precisely. She simply must think about the speed or lack of speed she wants in the object and she can enforce the change in speed immediately or gradually. She must maintain absolute focus if she wants to specifically use the ability on an enemy and not an ally also within the invisible sphere as an example. Meaning she is heavily vulnerable when attempting to use this portion of her ability precisely around her allies. From the perspective of a living object being subjected to this ability, they would totally be unaware of the changes at first, only simply feeling something was incredibly off. Quickly however, Living objects that were sped up would feel as if they were teleported, and the space around them seem to be moving in slow motion. Where as if they were slowed, they would feel as though they were slowly treading in wet cement, unable to control their forward momentum or actions. Time would appear to pass them at a terrifying speed, with no way to react properly. She also can apply these properties to herself if she chooses too. Tsuki soul binder is a perfect match for her, capable of close combat and mid ranged attacks. The weight on the end is said to be well over four hundred pounds, capable of destroying walls and the ground by a simple swing. If anyone were to pick up her soul binder or attempt to use it, they would quickly discover the weight of the weapon was outstanding, despite Tsuki wielding it as if it were no light than a feather. It's summoning and desummon effects consist of a mist that covers her abilities sphere of influence and lingers for ten minutes. Covered in battle scars and being solid black, Tsuki's Kusaigama has only been shown to a handful of people that are still living. [b]Cybernetics/Gadets/Accessories:[/b] She does have a small implant that allows her to use Kurosagi's private netspace on the go and contact her gang members. She also has a custom hand imprint on the inside of her right hand, it white, gold and black to match her motorcycle. It serves several different purposes, its primary function being a biometric key to her home and bike, as well as her office at the Kurosagi's homebase. It secondary functions include, a virtual wallet, the cybernetic itself is bullet proof and can be used as a shield against bladed weapons and a flash light. She will often be seen smoking or rolling her own cigarettes. - She has an extensive knowledge of the inner-workings of Neo-Tokyo and decent knowledge on the other Mega-Cities having been a Jaeger for so many years. She has a wealth of knowledge on how the J.F functions as well, that has helped the Gang avoid the lime light for the most part. - Because of her life before coming to Sakanoshita, she has a seemingly unlimited number of connections and contacts that she's made with her work in the J.F Special Forces. After the incident of - redacted - she would be dishonorably discharged from the J.F Special Forces Jaeger Branch. Now having the opportunity to be herself and make her own choices after giving her all and serving without once stopping to question her orders, she wanted to change the status-quo that was the J.Fs control over Ishura. Understanding that this was no small task and would have to take time to accomplish successfully, she decided to start her plans in the heart of Sakanoshita. Opening up a illegal car modifications shop, named Fujino Motorworx in the heart of the district. Tsuki would spend ten years building the shops reputation as a reliable shop that did good and honest business despite being in one of the more seedier parts of Neo-Tokyo. Because Tsukiyama had an untapped wealth of savings from working in such a high position in the J.F Military, the stock she was able to acquire was nearly unlimited, especially as the shop began obtaining high society clientele commissions. In turn, a swift and almost blindingly fast end would almost always come their way. There also was a very old rumor that not anyone dare mention in her establishments, that she was once the Head Jaeger and Training Director for the J.F. Some unfortunate souls learned this the hard way very early on into Tsukiyama's arrival in Sakanoshita. Now ten years later, Fujino Motorworx has a steady line of regular customers, who only trust the shop to touch their car. The Kurosagi is typically always packed with drifters and characters of all types but there is one thing they all have in common. They seek a place to get away from outside world that was Neo-Tokyo. In the bar, there was always laughter and excitement, and while Tsukiyama wasn't the main bartender always, the occasions she would, it would always mean free drinks for the night. Only within the last year has she started the second phase of her operation against the J.F, recruiting the people she trusted most to join in her gang, a front that she was going to use to disturb the general ecosystems of each district and respect big gangs. Of course she always wanted the people she recruited to be able to live the lives that seemed so unobtainable from the perspective of someone on the streets in Sakanoshita. She was unsure of if this was the correct move, but after 10 years of embedding herself back into Neo-Tokyo's underbelly, she felt her plan would work sufficiently, or rather she hoped.
