So basically, it's a sandbox-style RP set in a dystopian cyberpunk city.  Your character can be either a human or an android.  Perhaps they're just a street samurai or a gun for hire doing odd jobs to get by, or maybe they work for the Nova Corporation, the conglomerate that controls everything from the police to politics and the media.  It's a city of dreams for some and nightmares for others.  The question is, what will it be for you?
