Just a couple notes before someone asks:

Yes, you can make up NPC students/staff names. For the most part, these roles can and will become canon but don't count on these NPCs to be frequent reoccurrences. 

Yes, any NPC I've posted in the character tab is able to be located and interacted with by anyone (of course this is precluding the headmaster).
NPCs mentioned in the opening post that aren't in the character tab can still be approached and interacted with by anyone. They are mentioned by name (Ms Reed and Mrs Coleson) or note (characters at clubs and specifically the one with Mr D) they will be ones to be getting character sheets posted next. I just haven't finished getting them together and posted.
