Not having any immediate family in the U.S. and at a young age, the military took advantage of his flexibility to underground jobs, and top-secret missions, and quickly made him an expert sniper. Most questions about his past in the armed forces are ignored or met with brutal honesty of keeping your nose out of his business. In between the time of being in the armed forces and the B.A.U. was a decade gap, Lucian was an undercover agent for the government, another branch of the F.B.I. This career path stopped him from going back into the military and continued his path to becoming Unit Chief. He was a part of a special team of males and females who were working inside the sex slave trade, human trafficking, and illegal organizations to stop their local operations in the U.S. - sometimes missions led him out of the country. Under this career path, he was known as Josiah Greene, and his last undercover mission led to a betrayal by his leader, the brutal murder of his family, and a mass investigation by the F.B.I Lucian joined the B.A.U. in his early 30s and was relentlessly watched during his first few years. He quickly changed the minds of the supervisors, as he exceeded the expectations of his colleagues and section chief. Approximately a decade later of fieldwork, golden stars, and a tonne of therapy; Lucian was promoted to unit chief.
_____ Recruitment
Before recruitment into the Bureau, Lucian was offered several options that included early retirement, and a ton of different job offers that the board of directors had for him. The recruitment time to the B.A.U. was quite long since he had to attend mandatory therapy and get cleared by a therapist and psychiatrist before starting his first day as a field agent.
_____ Written Interactions

“What were you thinking when you decided to betray your team and get a handful of innocent civilians murdered?” Lucian asked not only because he felt as if he needed to know, but he wanted to know why a supervisor would do such a thing to his team. While questioning Derrick Barnes, he was backing the older man into a corner, in a random parking garage around 10 PM. Derrick Barnes was breathing heavily, while he listened to Lucian, half attempting to nod his head, “You need to understand that my family was in danger too, Lucian. I felt like I made the right choice,” he was trying his best to calm down the undercover agent who was ex-armed forces. “The right thing!?” Lucian’s voice echoed through the parking garage, as his anger showed on his face. Pushing the water barrels out of his way, he approached his ex-boss, who appeared nervous. “The right thing would have been to say no or go to HQ, not put innocent lives at stake!” he couldn’t keep his voice down from all the emotions running through his system. Derrick began to back away as much as he could while holding up his hands to hopefully keep distance between him and Lucian. Looking into the eyes of a man who was not only angry but in pain made him realize that he was not getting out of this easily, “Luci-Luci,” stuttering, “,L-let’s talk about this.” Being face-to-face with the younger man was an uncomfortable feeling, “You should have thought about that sooner, Barnes,” Lucian’s voice dropped into almost a whisper, and his eyes changed into emotionless orbs. This was the first attempt of Barnes to escape Lucian, with a push, Lucian fought back with a punch to the other man’s face. Falling to his knees and putting his hands up over his head, “Luci!” Barnes shouted in fear. “I-I know you're mad, and I know I cannot fix this, but I beg of you to spare me.” he began to beg for his life or someway out of this situation. Lucian placed his foot onto Barnes' side, pushing him over, and having the weight of his one foot on the man’s chest. He pulled out his phone and began to do a few things before showing a picture of his deceased wife and children, “Do you think she begged for her and her children’s lives to be spared when you crossed me? Telling those men who exactly your team was? Who I was?” Lucian was asking the man, he forced the phone into Barnes face a bit more. This picture showed a woman, half-naked, sprawled out on the ground with blood everywhere. If this picture wasn’t sickening enough, in the upper corner of the photo, a child’s hand could be seen. “You knew exactly what you were doing when you sold out your whole team, Derrick. Do you think these types of men care about women and children? What do you think they decided to do when they found out I was a cop? Do you think they killed my children before they brutally assaulted and killed my wife or do you think they made children watch their mother be tortured to death?” Lucian was asking questions that were undetermined. All of his family's deaths were roughly around the same time that the medical examiner either told the truth or lied to Lucian to save him from painful details. “Lucian, I didn’t think they would do-” Derrick was cut off quickly by another punch to the face. Grabbing the man by the jaw and collar of the shirt. He kneed over the man that he was planning to kill, “What? That human traffickers were not going to take advantage of innocent women and children?” he asked in a low voice. This voice was showing that he did not have patience for the man and Lucian started to become calm in his decision. Both men knew that Derrick Barnes was not going to be able to reason his way out of this situation and Lucian stood up, “I’m going to enjoy this,” Lucian rolled up his sleeves while kicking Derrick into the concrete wall. He grabbed the man’s hair and pulled him up by it, “You do not need to scream or beg, Derrick, no one is going to come to help you.” The undercover agent brutally beat his ex-boss to death in a parking garage. Breathing heavily, he stepped away from a body that was not identifiable by the damage he caused and grabbed his phone which was on the ground, picked it up, and placed a call. He called himself into HQ to report the death of his boss “Hello, who is calling?” a woman answered. “Lucian Neagoe,” he informed her. Nothing was said for approximately 30 to 60 seconds before a voice of a supervisor was on the phone in place of the regular employee, “Mister Neagoe, what gives you the pleasure of finally contacting us?” she asked in a nervous tone since she knew he went rogue with another agent months ago. “I’m calling to show my condolences for the death of Senior leader Derrick Barnes,” his voice was calm with slight shaking. Silence fell in between the two communicators before the woman decided to answer his abrupt statement, “W-w-where is your location, Mister Neagoe?” She was clearly surprised and maybe upset. After the discussion and arrival of officers, Lucian Neagoe has put into custody at the site of Derrick Barnes tragic death and brought in to be investigated. Two men were accountable for the murders of at least a dozen human traffickers and Senior leader Derrick Barnes, Lucian Neagoe, and Garret Flux. Both men disappeared after the betrayal of Derrick Barnes and the death of their families. No one heard from either of them for at least six months until they both called in on the same night to turn themselves in. This investigation into the two agents, Lucian and Garret took 3-months before the board of directors figured out their options. They gave both men several options and they had to have mandatory weekly therapy. Garret Flux took early retirement and Lucian took the option of becoming a field agent for the B.A.U. Many people were hesitant about this voice, but he did not join the B.A.U. until a year after the decision along with mandatory therapy sessions.

Interactions
Acquaintances/Enemies

• Derrick Barnes (deceased)

• The local human trafficking rings in San Francisco

Situational

• Section Chief, Corbet Collins

• Criminals (serial killers, unsubs, etc…)

• Local Police

• Victims’ families

Friendships

• Garret Flux

Family

• Kimberly Greene (deceased wife) • Marin Greene (deceased son) • Roxana Greene (deceased daughter) • Ionel Greene (deceased son) • Mihaiti Neagoe, father, unknown location • Nicoleta Neagoe, mother, Romania • Aurica “Neagoe” Radu, sister, Romania • Dumitra “Neagoe” Bogza, sister, Romania

Romantic Ships/Dating Life

• Kimberely Greene (deceased wife), last known important and successful relationship • Currently in the dating scene, not working out very well.
_____ Background Information
Birth - 18 Lucian was born in the early to mid-80s to immigrant worker Mihaiti Neagoe and his wife, Nicoleta. All three Neagoe children were born in America, illegally, and Lucian was the first child of this family. Throughout his childhood and teen years, he was known as a very polite young man and was known for participating in sports year-round. 18 - 23 After high school graduation, Lucian watched his family fall apart. Mihaiti was being tracked down for his illegal activities in the states and his family was put into the crossfire of a raid team. By the time the team burst through the front doors, Mihaiti had at least a 24-hour head start which led to a hefty investigation with the Neagoe family. Nicoleta was being forced back to Romania while her children were given the option to stay in the States, Lucian was the only child that stayed. A 4 month's search for his father caused him to slam into a wall, he became homeless, and he was running out of options. He decided to sign onto the armed forces and he became an excellent sniper for the military. Excelling at this position, he stayed the full 4 years. 24+ After his term in the armed forces was up, he had no idea where to go, but he was approached with a job offer for undercover work. Turning his life around, Lucian Neagoe became Josiah Greene, and he began to work on the cases of human trafficking from the inside out. During his 9 years as an undercover agent, Josiah Greene married a woman by the name of Kimberely Suiter and they had 3 children together. Nearing the 9 years to decade mark, the Greene family was brutally murdered from the words of a coward. They were to live on in Josiah’s memories. At the time of his family's death, six agents experienced the loss of their own lives or their families. After the encounters caused by the betrayal of their leader, Derrick Barnes, 3 agents were left alive. Lucian Neagoe “Josiah Greene” and Garret Flux disappeared for 6-months till the death of Derrick Barnes. A lengthy investigation took place after the call-ins from Lucian and Garret, which led to Garret taking early retirement. Lucian decided to go through the route of becoming a field agent for the B.A.U. Before his approval by the appointed therapist, Lucian had about a year of required weekly therapy sessions to help with his past trauma. He attended optional anger management classes for the brutal outcome of Derrick Barnes death as well. Lucian spent most of his thirties working as a field agent for the B.A.U. and in his; ate 30s, he was promoted to Unit Chief. He has been the unit chief for only a handful of years, but he enjoys his position and colleagues.
