Sorry, I mistook the name for another kind of society, I was meant to say this [url=https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chinese_Consolidated_Benevolent_Association]Benevolent Association[/url] instead. It's kind of where chinese immigrants seek refuge and support, but can be twisted as the council of tongs, triads, and other societies under the same cultural background. A face where they could stay legal, manageable, and be less alienating from others.
