You have the wrong idea. Talent to that degree is not comparable to that. Most people are “average”. Most that are more than that are not more by a significant margin and the reason there are so many names that are citable as this crazy level of capable in every regard isn’t because of anything [i]unique[/i] about the IA versus anywhere else, it’s just that the IA has the population to draw from for the relative few to stand out like that and still seem like a lot. People should be coming to you with opportunities, once they know who you are.
