[@Gisk] I could be up for that.  Originally I was going to have Hiro bust Maggie and her group, but maybe instead Hiro could hand that off to Emma and go to the Venus district to interrogate Sweetie, thus eventually coming across E13 and learning more about Yamagata's corruption.
