Possibly, there was mention of a certain gnome using spells to destroy a certain hall that may or may not have a magic portal in a mirror. Said spells require higher levels though, at least level five anyway. Though a player, whose character is a elf, mentioned there are only three ingredients that are needed that can do just about the same.
