Born 10 months after the twins, Nahir was the second girl that was welcomed into the growing family. Nahir's early childhood was very much like any princess. She began her education early in her youth alongside her two older brothers, always at their heels and tempting to do the same thing they did. Nahir was closest to Kahrem, always confiding in him when she would get upset at Layla or Amir, or their younger siblings. She had even promised Kahrem that she would not take the throne so they could live a peaceful and fulfilling life.

When their mother died, Nahir took it hard, like the rest of them. Nahir distanced herself from all of her siblings, especially Layla and Amir, supporting Kahrem's suspicions of foul play. She was not afraid to voice her support for her brother and would always bring it up to their father when Nahir had the chance to. 

It wasn't until the fire incident that Nahir finally understood what it was like to be one of royal blood and potential heir to the throne. Despite Kahrem's lack of interest in the throne or ruling, it was clear that it didn't matter- he was still a target. Nahir considered renouncing her title as a princess of Alidasht- but something stopped her from announcing it one day during a feast.

In the end, Nahir decided to break the promise she had made her brother years ago. She'd fight for the throne and break the vicious cycle that tore her family apart and the killers that took her mother and brother.
