Backstory (optional):
Andrew grew up in a corporate household in the Sendero District. His father was a manager in one of the small subsidiaries of Nova Corp. His mother was a personal assistant to an executive. Andrew grew up tinkering with things. He was enrolled to become a mechanical engineer but that dream dies with his parents who were killed during a corporate raid. His parents were accused of corporate espionage after their deaths. 

Andrew ended up in the slums working as a building supervisor for a slum landlord. This has given him access to a garage space and some more equipment to fabricate and repair things. 

Andrew is able to repair most thing when not under pressure, when pushed things tend to get iffy. He is more inclined to the mechanical repairs. He
