Here's what I sent a few days ago.  I'm sorry I haven't found a way yet to include Sanguis into the main story.  I'm working on it as best I can.  I am in no way trying to exclude you or anyone else out of it.  I don't really have much experience as a GM, but I'm doing my damndest to at least give a good story.

Okay, so in my next post I'm going to have Hiro leave the bordello after he's done speaking to Sweetie.  She'll have told him about the hit that was set up on Jenna by her pimp Big V.  Here's what I'm thinking.  Big V is basically a fixer, and I'm guessing the corpos (in this case Yamagata) hired him to arrange the hit since they knew Jenna was involved with one of his girls.

Big V in turn hired Sanguis to kill her.  He probably knows of Sanguis due to his connection to the criminal underworld.  Anywho, while Hiro is getting in his car, Sanguis could arrive and attack him, leading to a fight where Sanguis is wounded and runs off.  Hiro could pursue him on foot afterwards, only to find Sanguis is gone except for a bloody handprint left on the wall.

Oh and if you want, you could have Sanguis kill Sweetie before going after Hiro.
