Gender: Female Affiliation: Villian, Ecoterrorist of great importance Personality: Poison Ivy is depicted as being a seductive temptress who is fully aware of her beauty and will use it to get what she wants, aided by the pheromones her unique biology provides for her. Ivy feels it's her duty to protect "The Green" although her methods are often destructive and cause a great deal of pain and death to people around her. A sociopath, Ivy has no qualms about killing people who get in her way, and rarely shows genuine affection for anyone aside from her beloved plants, whom she treats like her own children. She has a disdain for men, because of her terrible father. As well as Jason Woodrue, and the man who made her Poison Ivy in the first place. She sees them as sexist pigs whom she can manipulate before tossing them aside once they've outlived their usefulness. Ivy also has a genius level intellect and is fully aware of it due to her egotistical nature. In addition to her powers, Ivy is a brilliant scientist and sees herself as superior to everyone around her. As misguided as her attempts are, she is trying to benefit the wellbeing of the planet. Biography: Pamela Isley was born in a small town outside of Gotham. She was an only child and lived with her parents. Pam had a rare skin condition that gave her aversion to sunlight. While she was given medication for her condition, her father would forbid her from going outside at all. Her father was an abusive and controlling man who would regularly beat her mother. He would bring her flowers the next day as an apology. One day she saw her mother gardening, and snuck outside to help her. Her mother would allow her to play in the garden and help out when her father was at work. One day, Pamela’s father had gotten very angry, and beat his mother to death, and buried her in the garden. The police were called, and Pamela’s father was arrested and eventually sentenced to life in prison. Pamela was sent to live with a relative. Pam was a shy wallflower growing up, and was often bullied by her peers. Eventually, she would attend university, and eventually graduate with the highest honors. She worked as a botanist at Wayne Enterprises with her colleague Jason Woodrue. She was easily seduced by him, and Woodrue injects Isley with poisons and toxins as an experiment, causing her transformation. She nearly dies twice as a result of these poisonings, driving her insane. Later, Woodrue flees from the authorities leaving Isley in the hospital for six months. When she awoke from the coma, Pamela had become a new person. She had gained power to control plant life and immunity to all poisons and viruses. The first thing she did was kill her father with poison secreted from her lips. After that, she became one of Gotham’s cities most notorious criminals. She commited a variety of crimes such as releasing spores into the air to turn humans into plants, or outright attacking the city with her plants in order to destroy it. She has been stopped countless times by Batman for her trouble. Powers/Skills: She has the ability to control and mutate all forms of plant life on a molecular level, making it respond to her will and command. She has enhanced strength and stamina courtesy to being connected to The Green, but tbh, she’s not much of a fighter. She the power to transfer poison through touch, her favourite way being through a kiss. Complete immunity to all toxins and poisons The ability to project mind-controlling pheromones. Other: Controling time would be a nice power too, but there’s just a little too much responsibility not to accidentally destroy the timestream.
