[b]Personality:[/b] Tai is a very adventurous spirit, always trying new things and exploring new places. But this also makes him impulsive as he can get into many bad situations and problems due to not thinking in advance. This trait can cause create issues with others, notably with Matt, a fellow DigiDestined. The two would frequently clash due to their different views, but they would also come to respect each other. This is true with most people Tai encounters. His positive attitude can usually win over anyone, which is why so many people look up to him in his de facto role as leader of the DigiDestined.

Tai’s best friend is Agumon, his Digimon partner. The two are very much a like, both free spirited and proud. The duo would do anything for each other and will fight to protect them. They also recognize that they have a level of power that they should use to help others with. Due to this they are always standing for others, fighting off the stronger Digimon who prey on the weak.

Tai has matured a far bit since he first became a DigiDestined. He does know think through things a little bit better than before, though he is still rash at decision making. However he is now open to letting others do a task instead of him, as he has assumed a mentor role to the younger DigiDestined. Also as he ages, Tai now tends to see the bigger picture and his less gung ho about getting into battle as he is now aware of the destruction caused by a Digimon battle. This has left Tai in a bit of a conundrum as he still wants to protect others, but doesn’t want to potentially harm others by doing so.

[b]Biography:[/b] Tai first encountered Digimon when he was a small child, when a Digi-Egg manifested from his computer.  The Digimon born from this egg would rapidly grow, until it was giant size and fought another Digimon who appeared. Both Digimon would disappear after the fight, with the government covering up the fight. But several children would witness the Digimon, these children would eventually become the DigiDestined.

Tai would forget about the Digimon until he attended summer camp with the other children from that night years ago. The campers would be whisked away to the Digital World where they would befriend a Digimon partner each. Tai would meet Agumon, the two becoming fast friends. Together they would fight to save the Digital World, defeating villains like Devimon and Etemon. They would eventually return to the Human World, defeating the evil Myotismon. After that they would go back to the Digital World to fight the Dark Masters. Once the battle was done, the DigiDestined were sent back to their world while their partners remained in the Digital World.

Digimon would re-enter the Human World three years later with a new set of DigiDestined. Tai and the previous DigiDestined would take on a mentor role, as more and more DigiDestined appeared around the Earth. Eventually they would save the day again, defeating a returned Myotismon. Tai and Agumon would continue to adventure together for a while longer, as Tai fell into the role as the leader of all the DigiDestined. Tai would then enter high school where he would increasingly have less time to hang out with Agumon. But during summer break, Tai and the other original DigiDestined would return to the Digital World to reunite with their Digimon. While Tai and Agumon were exhilarated to see each other again, they had no idea that a whole new journey was starting for them.

[b]Powers/Skills:[/b] When it comes to skills, Tai is notably a very strong leader. His adventures with the other DigiDestined helped build this skill. Tai is frequently commanding in battle, entering the fray first and directing maneuvers. Tai is also very athletic from years of playing sports, notably soccer. As such he can move nimbly and fast, and has great stamina and resilience.

Also while Tai is a regular Human, his power comes from his bond with Agumon. Agumon is a Digimon, a digital being, who is a hardy fighter and can breathe fire.  But the truly powerful ability of Agumon is Digivolution. By harnessing the strength of the bond with Tai and an artifact called a [url=https://digimon.fandom.com/wiki/Digivice#Digimon_Adventure_Digivice]Digivice[/url], Agumon can transform into bigger and more powerful forms. In each of these new forms, Agumon gains access to new skills and attacks. After either finishing a fight or taking too much damage, Agumon will revert back to his base form.

[b]Other:[/b] I am planning to make it for some reason that at the start of the RP, Agumon can only go as high as Greymon. Also, while something like hyper linguistics would be really practical, I would have to give the favor to super-speed, especially if it’s Flash like speed so that I could use it to time travel.
