Having set up just behind one of the few rocks actually sticking up on the ridge, Ryker set his shoulder against the back of it along with resting his DMR against the side, aiming at the doorway he could see. The first enemy Unggoy out was dropped by someone on the other side, and soon he could see Sangheili and Kigyar running out as well. Noting one of the Sangheili with weakened shields, his silenced DMR fired, the muzzle flashing once as the round pierced shield and brain at the same time. The next muzzle flash dropped one of the Kigyar as it turned to fire on a carbine wielder on Aegis. This proceeded methodically, his muzzle never flashing more than once per target.
