Weeeellll, it might have become too powerful for silver now, but I specified some stuff and added a conditional. I'm guessing the conditional will need nerfed or removed, but doesn't hurt to try right?
SPECIAL: The lowest parts of her legs are intangible to physical objects other than the ground and invisible, giving her the appearance of someone floating where she stands. This encompasses about the lower half of her calves and her feet. At silver rank, rather than just mostly being invisible, her lower part of her calves and feet now no longer exist as a physical object. She is now able to float to a minor degree and has a constant "slow fall"-esque effect that greatly dampens her landing if she lands on her feet. By picking up her legs she is able to float a few feet off the ground in a sitting position as well, though moving while doing this requires a push or pull from an outside source unless she is being carried by momentum. Normal attempts to move while floating like this result in spinning in place, so an object to push off of is necessary if she doesn't want to go back to standing. Returning her feet to physical costs 5 mana per six second round, and takes up a melody slot for that six second round, though she can spend more to keep them physical longer. (ie 30 mana for 6 rounds, during which she can't return them to incorporeal.)
