I think she's sharp enough to realize he's not an idiot but he just doesn't take things very seriously. But also Suleiman is not cocky enough to think he can run things by himself and will respect and defer to her in her areas of expertise. There's just some lines he won't allow himself or any of his allies to cross. He fancies himself a [i]gentleman[/i] pirate and thief so he tries to act with some degree of morality. He'll definitely pester Roheen with some expensive requests at times though and expect to get fully shut down lol

EDIT: Oh and make sure you move Roheen's sheet over to the Characters tab.
