I should be able to post no later than tomorrow morning, but I'd like to clarify one thing about the intended mechanics of Geist's telepathy beforehand: unless I specifically mention a pace for his mental speech, the communication is nearly instantaneous, so I don't think the planning period would have taken quite as long as it seems to have, based on the boss' comments in your latest post.
Also, as far as any of the bad guys [i]should[/i] be able to tell, Geist is still completely in the open, just completely unaffected by their bullets. XD
