I can see Fazra joining her to stargaze(if invited) to be polite, but falling asleep because it's past her bed time. 

I bet there's great visibility in the middle of a desert, though. 

Quick note, since I know there's a handful of people who expressed interest, but did not apply: if you don't want to write it, or can't think of a nation for your character, Fazra's younger brother could also attend. I didn't mean for him to, but if someone wants to play the character it could be fun.
