Muttering a quick exasperation under his breath, he took the skull in his hands, careful to avoid any maggots that may have made their way out of the eye sockets. Ideas of what he should do at this moment flowed through his mind. It appeared as if he were scrying over the skull, as if it were a crystal ball. Withdrawing his hands from the skull, he looked towards the other gods.
