Twins are rare in Snow Elf families and often seen as a great blessing due to children being harder to conceive and such especially valued. Making the decision to send her away an hard one and hopefully one that can be reversed. 

Vana Tattos have various hidden meanings they tend to keep secret to outsiders . Mostly cultural but some relate to helping control her innate abilities to feel magic. Each set is unqiue to the individual based on complicated Astronomical and other information. 

Own culture tends to be quite liberal amd apcepting internally but very much makes access to their lands difficult to anyone but traders, close allies and friends of kingdom or fellow Elves. 

Is a tactile person. Will hug etc. Even in nightwear. 

Will take up a whole bed and starfish or snuggle up to someone. You probably will have to just get comfortable until she lets go. Just enjoy it...

Massive sweet tooth... Will eat choclate cake for breakfast.
