Everything should be inactive on the world. Last check for that was only a few short months ago, so not much [i]should[/i] have changed. But we obviously aren't going there without any sort of lead. We know something happened, just not what or how much.

And just to be clear, that has no exceptions. I want to be very clear and leave no room for doubt, nothing within the facility or the village should be active whatsoever.
