She wanted to stay out with Sparky and listen to her friend complain. Wanted to let her friend vent. Even if she knew some of that would be directed at her. But the feeling of wanting to protect Oliver grew. She needed to be near him. Needed to be at his side. Needed to be there if he needed her. She appreciated how he kept in step with her too as they entered the building. She wanted to reach out and touch him to reassure herself he was there and wasn't going anywhere. But she didn't trust the people around them. Didn't know what was happening. So she put her hands on her hips instead. She frowned when Amelia seemed to slip. Something happened and she was different now. "I think Amelia is the Amelia from here now. Not sure if that is a switch, or if she just was overwhelmed by it." She did not like saying that out loud. Not around people, she didn't trust. But this could be a big problem very quickly. Not knowing what Amelia from this world was like was very dangerous for the group. He wasn't Sherlock Holmes. He was even more confused by the idea that Oliver was behind it. But it was the only thought he had about it. Somehow he had to prove that Oliver was guilty of it. He knew it down to his bones that Oliver was guilty. It was just a matter of finding the proof that he knew existed. All of that didn't make much sense though. He couldn't shake it though, and he looked at Oliver. Seeing his face he was confused. Oliver looked disgusted. Oliver is his friend. Sure he had done some dumb shit, not thinking his actions through and that led to issues, but he was a good guy at heart. Right? He wouldn't be guilty of killing people? Matt didn't even consider it might be something his counterpart was dealing with. Something that this world had to deal with. He watched as Niah stood protectively near Oliver. Like she was ready to fight anyone who meant him harm. Did she know? He shook his head, there was nothing to know. Oliver wasn't a killer. He entered the building and saw Rogue and Gambit. He hadn't met the pair of them yet. Unlike the rest of the group, this was his first alternate reality. But something was wrong Amelia. He would deal with the Oliver thing later. "Amelia? What do you mean? We're your team. Your friends." This was his bestie. Other than Cass he didn't have as close a relationship with anyone else on the team.
