Name: Yuuki Hisako

Race: Snow Woman

Magic/Abilities/Equipment: Hisako, born in the coldest regions of Zipangu has cryogenic abilities. Obvious by her name "Yuuki" She strikes fear into the hearts of her enemies. She carries a scythe made from the finest steel. When she draws it frost particles can be seen falling . When she uses it on an enemy, it freezes the affected area for a brief moment. She can also fold the scythe as if it is a trick weapon. When folded, the scythe is not powered up by frost so it relies on raw bleed damage. 

Hisako can summon ice spikes to impale an enemy. Once dug into the adversary, she can command it to explode, she can also place her hand on the ground to summon ice spikes and fly upwards. She hates using the earth because it's predictable and leaves her susceptible to attacks from any side. 

She can vanish as particles of ice which in turn allows for a snow storm which can enemies from moving forcing them to observe their surrounding, but where ever the enemies look, they can only see snow shooting down really fast leaving them trapped before she appears again, only then it'll stop. She can briefly appear to taunt or attack her enemies.

She also can slide making her enemies slip and leave a trail of ice behind her. 

Personality: Snow women are deadly, ruthless, alluring and seductive. There are a fraction of snow women who are kind and polite. However Hisako is one that can be kind, or punishing depending on the situation. 

Those that threaten her family/clan and friends including children and elderly (as she has a soft spot) will face her wrath. She will give opposers a slow, chilling painful suffering and torture, and then leave them to die.

On the other hand, she loves playing with children, protecting them from harm, teaching them valuable lessons as well looking after the elderly, helping them with chores and healing the sick.

Background: Hisako was helping a client at the time she met Lady Kyouko. She was trying to get rid of some venom as her client was bitten by a snake. After removing the poison, her client needed to recover and gave the client pointers on how to look after himself. 
Once she has finished work, she was stopped by Lady Kyouko who watched her talents. They decided to get a bite and have a friendly chat. 
After a lengthy talk, Hisako was offered to join Lady Kyouko. She gave it some thought and agreed to it knowing she had to sacrifice the job she loved the most.
