You can probably find a copy of SoS in any 4chan /tg/ archive, or at least the test builds/beta versions. It was built by a bunch of /tg/ guys with most feedback regarding the system happening on there.

As for Exalted, it depends. There are a few versions (1e-3e), side books, and even homebrew simplified versions (like qwiexalted/qwixalted). If you're looking for lore or information about the setting itself, though, there are numerous wikis out there. I personally prefer using [url=https://thirdexalt.fandom.com/wiki/Thirdexalt_Wiki]this wiki[/url] for most things as some of the wikis out there also include unofficial, fan-made material (locations, characters, etc) as well.
