Ross is one of the nicest people you might ever meet. He can act shy around new people or strong personalities, but that isn't to say that he doesn't try his best to be friendly to them. It's just that sometimes those kinds of people just come off as overwhelming to him and he doubts himself to the point that he retreats into a bubble of sorts. When he's comfortable with someone, though, Ross is very chatty and has a smile (albeit minimal) on his face any time he's with them. He's also a very positive person. He sees the best in people even if others don't think he should. Really all he wants to do is help those he can and even if he can't, he's still willing to try and maybe find a solution or a way to help. He kind of prides himself in knowing when someone might be going through it and sometimes he might not completely understand, there's a large part of him that wants to try.
