Setsuko listened intently as her peers introduced themselves, though it seemed that Kana wasn’t awfully impressed with her flashy intro. It made her heart sink a bit, she had to admit. She stayed up almost all night coming up with the words and practicing the posing. [i][color=ed1c24]The least you could do is say cool or wow…[/color][/i] She said to herself.

Before the pleasantries could continue, however, Setsuko received a tug at her cloth from Yui. Looking in the direction she was pointing, she quickly sensed a dark energy brewing. Erupting from the shadows was a massive shade, numerous yellow eyes covered its body and orange liquid dripped from its tendrils. Her fellow magical girls quickly began their attack, with Ukiko and Yui launching their spells at the creature. Kana also followed suit, sending sharp water javelins its way. 

[color=ed1c24]“Yes! Time for a combination super!”[/color] She exclaimed. Generating scarlet wings on her arms, Setsuko quickly took to the air overhead and began conjuring powerful flames. 

[color=ed1c24]“Fell creature born from the darkness of the heart, you will be judged by the flames of indignation! Repent and dissipate as you are enveloped by the vermillion light!”[/color] After her melodramatic speech, she let loose a large bird-shaped fire blast at the beast. [color=ed1c24]“March of the Vermillion Sparrow!”[/color] She yelled.
