Hey, sorry it's been a couple of days!

Been working on the idea of a Dwarven Scout Rogue and play him like an archer/sniper kinda deal. In the meantime, I was wondering about feats? Sorry if this has been answered before but I couldn't find anything in the OOC 0th post
