He then casts a powerful enchantment over the Great Library. No other god than Brey can cast 0 level spells unless they have his permission. Brey returned to his study, thinking on what the next days of the future would bring. He would attempt to ensure, when the time comes, that his people and allies would be ready for anything. Moreover, he was not sure he could trust Grym. These things he thought on for a moment, before he began to meditate.
