Feng stands at an even six feet tall, stoic when still and sure footed in his gait. His black hair and eyes compliment his paled olive-tan skin tone with gaunt and hardy facial features a clear indicator of both his Chinese and German heritage. His overall warm demeanor shines through his stillness and monk-like calmness, he will never fake a smile nor suffer a scowl. 
His passively condescending tone has rubbed a few the wrong way in the past. Feng is sternly self-disciplined and commits to his daily exercise routine which is made apparent by his toned form and exceptional focus. He is simple man with simple needs he dresses sharply but fairly plain preferring comfort over style.

In spite of his line of work, Feng is generally a warm man, and shrewd in his ability to read people and how to handle a situation tactfully. However he prefers to work on his own and in contrast with his kindness, there is a sort of arrogance that he believes he would be better suited to any given task on his own, especially factoring in his often unorthodox method of combat. This has made him fiercely competitive.

Feng has a deep passion for and borderline obsession with music. Which belies his statuesque demeanor. It is the sole thing that seems to spark any amount excitement out of the man. He is a collector of many an antiquated piece of musical equipment, instrument and anything sound related. This carries over into his combat gear as a large amount of it focuses on utilizing sound to disorient, distract or damage.

Feng is skilled in his work as a contractor but doesn't do it upon his own volition. Some part of him has found a way enjoy it yet he remains adamant that he must escape it. Feng desires a life of solitude and peace, something nigh impossible in this age.

Feng may have the looks and kind attitude, but deep down is a child who knows mostly pain and a highly regimented life. His stomach turns at the thought of a committed relationship. Getting to truly know people only hurts you in the end, and god forbid he sacrifice any semblance of solitude he has. He believes it’s better to walk in lightly and leave like lightning.

Feng was born to into a family deeply indebted to Sagawa Heavy Industries. For whatever reason remains unknown to him, but it was severe enough to have his parents killed at a young age and leave him just as in debt to the corporation. Feng managed to flee from this for a brief time using a fake name and by integrating himself into the Stoats. Where he developed his guerrilla noise combat tactics and had mildly successful stint as a musician under the name “Quiet Eye”. 

However it was only a matter of time before he was found. During a routine street cleanup by Sagawa, Feng was discovered and given the option to die, or be indentured. Now he works as a contractor under close watch by the heads of Sagawa, which is only made easier by their extensive network of AI.

In the interest of keeping Feng inline and ensuring he doesn't attempt to flee Nova, Sagawa has tasked the AI known as "Moyo" to be fully integrated into all of Feng's computerized devices. Additionally Sagawa has augmented Feng with small device on the back of his neck that allows Moyo to be ever present, so that should he attempt escape or insurrection, he will be quickly subdued.

Auditory implants that allow Feng to voluntarily block certain wavelengths and harmful decibel levels, as well as greatly increasing the precision and quality of his hearing.

A small nodule on the back of his neck that allows the Moyo AI constant tracking of Feng's Vitals and bodily functions. Otherwise unhelpful.

[*][b]Case-less Rifle[/b]: A somewhat dated CQB rifle, that fires high velocity case-less ammunition, it’s nearly silent and has moderate armor piercing capabilities.
[*][b]Mag-speakers[/b]: Several custom made ¼ inch circumference high fidelity, magnetic speakers hooked up to Feng’s personal audio library. He may use them as means of communication, or more often, as a means to distract, confuse or to create harmful frequencies.
[*][b]Sonic Grenades[/b]: Created in the interest of avoiding collateral damage. The Grenades produce a sound wave that causes immediate discombobulation, leading to nausea, blurred vision, temporary loss of motor function and permanent deafness at prolonged exposure. The decibel level, and sound wave shape can be adjusted for a variety of harmful cognitive effects.
[*][b]Boom-Box[/b]: A handheld cannon that fires a short range projectile that rapidly accelerates backwards and disintegrates creating a sonic boom in it’s wake leading to complete devastation in the immediate vicinity.
[*][b]Compression Suit w/helmet[/b]: A lightly armored suit designed to negate or otherwise absorb the effects of Fengs sonic weaponry.
