[*] Previous champions from the games may be selected on rare occasions. Ages for previous champions are 21-40.
[*] Mentors for tributes are aged 41+.
[*] District mentors may select a few allies for your districts tributes. Alliances may also be formed during the process of the game.
[*] Demons aren't allowed to be selected into the games. They are only present in and around Panem, outside of the arena.[/List]
