Although she is not big by any stretch, she is mostly described as being toned and wiry. Yue has a dark complexion, and is unusually tan for an Asian. Her cheeks, nose and chin are slightly discolored, as though haven been sunburned numerous times. Yue has a number of tattoos, including a runic tribal sleeve on her left arm. The most prominent image is the silver dragon clutching a crescent moon, which spans nearly her entire backside. The outstretched wings cover her right shoulder, and the tail spirals down her right leg. Often shy to the point of awkwardness. Yue has been blessed with a highly analytical mind. However, she finds it extremely difficult to relate to most people. Emotions are especially difficult to process, and I find, she mostly bottles it all up, which has caused problems for her in the past. Additionally, Yue is something of a recluse and has no social life to speak of. When she’s not working, she either spends her time training, or at home indulging in her guilty pleasure of MMORPGs, like these worlds of fantasy and magic make more sense to her. While she has something to focus on, she’s like a force of nature. However, left to her own devices she can become withdrawn and distant. I can partially attribute this to the medication that she was prescribed… Shortly after Yue was brought on board, she disclosed to the facility psychologist that she was seeing apparitions, particularly while her powers were in use. A diagnosis of borderline schizophrenia was given, and the medication appears to control the hallucinations, but I wonder if it affects her performance… -S

✖|| Likes ||✖ ✔Ramen ✔Coffee, black ✔Kung-Fu movies, Martial Arts Anime ✔Online Gaming ✔Chicken Nuggets ✖|| Dislikes ||✖ ✗Smoking, though she can’t seem to quit ✗Alcohol ✗Large crowds ✗Humidity ✗Anything Sour ✖|| Fears ||✖ ☠Spiders ☠Becoming crippled ☠Being helpless ☠Losing control ☠Family coming to harm because of her identity

✖|| Skills ||✖ ★ Martial arts – Yue is an accomplished martial artist, with training in Tae Kwon Do, Krav Maga, and Tai Chi. A once pristine black and silver armored suit, now an incredibly worn, nearly broken looking mess. The suit itself is a combination of military grade Kevlar, sportswear, and tungsten plated armor that has been pockmarked with dents and bullet impacts, scraped, and even severely gouged in some places. The plates have severe discoloration due to repeated super-heating, and deposits of heavy carbon scoring have collected in the deformations. The occasional pristine silver plate dots the suit where unsalvageable damage has been repaired. It’s clear the suit was once painted, but most of the design appears to have been sandblasted away, and even the Templar’s crimson cross is barely visible. It's powered by the “invisible” energy of Yue’s body. Because of this, Yue is the only person in the facility that can make the suit function. It’s impossible to maintain because of this: many of the suits functions and settings require power to be maintained, which is highly impractical in some cases, and impossible in others. All attempts to build a capacitor to store Yue’s power have failed: it dissipates as soon as physical contact is removed regardless of the charge level. It keeps me up at night… for physical and mental health reasons, I’ve set this project aside and have resolved to just replace anything that breaks on it. -S Equipment: Brute Stick - A prototype hammer which absorbs the energy produced by Yue's body to be stored in a capacitor. The capacitor discharges automatically on impact to amplify the applied kinetic force of the weapon. The weapon collapses into a “dimensional pocket” stored in the utility belt. Unfortunately, another anomaly: Like the suit, I have no idea how or why it works. Yue is the only one that can make it function. The hammer is designed to take a beating (literally) though so it will likely see significant use before it needs to be replaced. -S Templar Greatsword - A greatsword measuring approximately 8 feet in length from tip to pommel, and 18 inches wide at the haft. A simple weapon which (thankfully) appears to lack any special properties. Like the Brute Stick, it can be collapsed into the suit's "dimensional pocket" to be withdrawn at will. Made on request for a weapon with greater reach. One note, the sword does seem to hum inexplicably at a low level while Yue is holding it. There are no components, or materials on this weapon that would cause it to make noise in any capacity... curious. Stratagem Launcher - A wrist mounted magnetic accelerator, mirroring my own. Designed to work with the Stratagem system, and is accurate to roughly 75 meters. Yue expressed a fascination with the device after I used it in a training session with her, so I added it to her loadout: one on each wrist, with a capacity of 4 Stratagem. Replacement cartridges located in the suit's utility belt. Due to the success of this device, I have made it available upon request for all Templar at the Armory. Stratagem - Flat discs approximately two inches in diameter containing a dimensional pocket. The pocket can contain any object which will fit through the aperture, regardless of size. When triggered, the cartridge detonates and expels its contents. The force at which the contents are expelled is proportional to the mass. Unlike mine, these are disposable and bio degradable... she never remembers to retrieve them for re-arming. Stratagem may be triggered on impact, by proximity, or at will with the user's HUD. Default is on impact in the absence of other settings.

Slip - Stratagem filled with approximately 5 gallons of soap / water solution. Inspired by a surprisingly troublesome crook with the ability to generate and control soap bubbles. Disperses omnidirectionally.
Impact - Stratagem filled with approximately 100 kilos of coarse sand, dispersing in a narrow jet. Special request from Yue for a non-lethal concussive. Surprisingly effective at subduing targets, as well as interfering with firearms, electronics, and fires. Also not fun to inhale, or get in the eyes, from my experience...
Stopper - A twin-pocket Stratagem containing a binary agent which forms a fast expanding and sticky riot foam, which hardens and becomes extremely firm, but not rigid when combined. Omnidirectional.
Flash - Self explanatory: ejects a flashbang.
Tingler - Directional. Fires a weighted net with a 5 second taser-grade electric charge.
Belly Flop - Nicknamed after a trainee with a chronic inability to keep his footing. Wide-Dispersal. Creates a large mattress of aerated gel which will protect the user from dangerous falls. The gel rapidly dissolves into an inert gas after being disturbed. Typically deployed by a grenade canister - was converted into a stratagem for Yue on request. Smells strongly of apple Jolly Rancher. I don't know why.

✖|| Background ||✖ Hailing from a mundane family, leading an introverted and mundane childhood, it was a surprise to find Yue's file on my desk. It's not out of the ordinary for people with mundane histories to express powers, but the trope is that there's something extraordinary about them, not that they're extra-ordinary. Shy. Few friends. High grades... extremely studious. No sports or athletics... but suddenly she's pulling doors off hinges and accidentally breaking concrete walls? Under normal circumstances, someone with her powerset would have trained under Titan... however with Titan missing, the only other Brute with a training cert was a moron that couldn't be trusted not to lead her astray. I have to do everything around here... It's a good thing however: hastily classifying her as a Brute would have been a mistake that probably led to repeated self-injury. Since her training, she's become one of the most prominent figures in the Tower and surrounding areas. My opinion is that her over-diligence to the job stems from the belief that her family is normal and frail. Having met them... I don't disagree, but there is definitely something strange going on with them that I can't put my finger on. Proximity to the father, in particular, makes my skin crawl in a way I've never experienced before, and I can't explain why it makes me so uneasy. Anyway. Some unsettling reports have landed on my desk and I have to decide who to send to investigate. As if there's a choice... Recording off. -S

✖ Powers ✖:
|| Silver Dragon’s Fist ||
 Esper | Striker 8 | Mover 7 { Subclass(s): Rocket Mover } [sub]*1[/sub] Yue's body appears to convert oxygen into energy, which her body then absorbs to enhance her physical attributes. This enhancement is an amplification, and is directly linked to her un-augmented physical condition. This ability generates vastly more power than Yue can safely use. As a side note, I’ve noticed that while boosted, Yue’s body radiates some kind of energy. It makes the hairs on my arm stand on end when I’m in proximity to her, but does not appear to be observable, or measurable by any scientific instrument that I possess. I have devised a device that confirms, indeed, there is something there… but the internal workings of the device appear to defy my Schemata, and I don’t really understand how it works yet, so beyond that I’m not sure what to do with this vexing data… While boosted, Yue is capable of super-human feats of strength rivaling some of the strongest Brutes, and can accelerate her body and nervous system in order to move with astonishing speed. Her ability to accelerate her perception currently outstrips the amount of speed that she can safely use. It’s estimated she can accelerate her perception to 1/120th dilation (each second is perceived as two minutes), though she has demonstrated articulated control over this ability and can finely adjust the amount of dilation she experiences. Additionally, while in an enhanced state she possesses amplified constitution and stamina. This isn’t a substitute for superhuman durability, and while she is able to withstand punishment that would incapacitate most normal people, her durability can still be measured in the high end of the human spectrum. Also, her powers do not protect her from outside forces, so the recoil of using her abilities can injure her if she overexerts herself. As such, I have placed limiters in her suit which restrict her strength and speed within the safety threshold. Yue is strong enough to overpower these limiters, though she risks serious personal injury. An apparent side effect of her ability is a vastly diminished sense of pain. This aspect of her ability appears to always be active outside of her control regardless of the state of her power. Weakness/drawbacks:

Produces more power than can be safely used
Not protected from the forces generated by use of her powers
”Enhanced Constitution” not a substitute for superhuman durability
Diminished sense of pain obscures personal injury and sense of general fatigue. Yue has come back from more than one mission unaware of a serious injury.
[sub]*1.[/sub] Rating adjusted to account for a full loadout of equipment. I’m unable to clearly classify this power under the current system. It is all clearly one power, but it falls under so many sub, and half-categories that I’ve given up and just assigned it some arbitrary classifications and values. It’s like she falls into a category that doesn’t exist yet. There’s also the fact that Archer keeled over and fainted suddenly one day trying to deliver me a package as she was attempting to “limit-break” the suit in a controlled environment. Archer is inexplicably the only person in the facility that is affected by Yue in this manner. Although I’ve exhausted all avenues of what maddeningly little data I can obtain, I can’t seem to find a correlation. I’ve forwarded my findings to the Tinker’s Union for analysis. Someone aught to be able to make heads or tails of this bullshit. -S

Power Origins: Unknown. Yue began expressing powers during high school. As the report reads, she was involved in a car accident with four other students where the vehicle flipped and trapped everyone inside. When first responders arrived, the driver’s side of the vehicle had been completely torn away and all students had been pulled safely from the car. Yue was inducted into the Templar shortly afterwards as, due to an inability to control her powers, she was becoming a danger to herself and others. Being such a unique case, I recruited her for my task force so that I could study her closely and guide her training. -S

Attachments

Color Code: Color - #CE2B95
