She had seen the games, to know the gruelling process; but they haven't always showed the entirety of the training sessions; getting down to the main events instead. Everyone always seemed to know what to say in the interviews, but right now she was thinking of what she would say herself. It hadn't really crossed her mind before, not till now when Alexander had mentioned it. "I barely even thought about the interview, till you mentioned it." Admitting with a sigh. She leaned against her seat. "Don't worry kiddo, we can have a rundown of what you'll be asked. And if you need extra help. Aaron here has been through it all before, I am sure he'll be more than happy to give you some tips." The District's mentor had assured her. "Now, let's talk allies. You're new, and if you want to get far...you'll need some support from other districts in the game." Peyton had seen the other tributes that had been chosen for this year. District 1 was out of the question. District 1 always thought they were the best, because they were the entitled, privileged ones in the entire of Panem. Never knowing them to take allies in the previous years. District 4, seemed like good allies. As Peyton had seem the two tributes get replaced by older volunteers. Finding it quiet sweet, that they had stepped up to replace the two 12 year olds that had originally been chosen at the reaping. The other districts were interesting to say the least. Each had theirs pros and cons, like everyone else. But some tributes did look thin and weak. The weakest links would get killed off first, no doubt about that. Peyton wasn't exactly the strongest one either; Aaron was the one that was the stronger one here. But she had other valuable skills and traits that made her a good pick for this years games. Unknown to her, that she was a descendent of the Charmed Ones. Her magical abilities hadn't come out of their shell so to speak. So her life was free of Demonic attacks...for now. But once she'd get a taste of her power, it would attract danger to her. The trio discussing potential districts, that Peyton and Aaron should approach for allies. Making the journey to the capitol go much quicker. Finally the train seemed to be slowing down, Glancing out of the window. "Ah, we have arrived." Aaron announced. The districts probably arriving in order. District 12, was the furthest away from the capitol than all of the others. So the public had yet a long while to wait for their arrival. Getting out of the train, they were met with cheers and waves from the crowd as they made their way inside of the building, where all of the tributes would be staying before the games. It was clear that Kira would be bit of a trouble-maker, and hard to get along with. Finding the District 1 mentor already annoying, as she gave her the small pep talk. The girl thought she knew better. That was no different, if someone else was speaking to her. For she would have behaved the same way. "Save your breathe Eleanor!" Kira told her, leaning against her seat. "District 1 is the best, and will win this year. I don't need to re-think anything." Telling her mentor, in a rather bold way possible. But that attitude wouldn't get her very far, indeed. In fact, it was the exact opposite. It was that kind of thinking, thinking and believing that she was better than everyone else; that would get her into trouble. "Maybe you should listen to her." Dante sighed. At least he had the sense to listen to their Mentor and her guidance. That's what their mentor was there for. But Kira seemed to disprove of that; already making it difficult for the both of them. And they weren't in the arena yet. It was going to be a long process. Dante was slowly dreading this, especially if his fellow tribute would behave this way through the entirety of it all. With a groan, Kira looked towards the blonde haired boy. "Why be such a goodie too shoes? Honestly. How embarrassing!" Scoffing in her annoyance. As much as she would have enjoyed taking a bigger dig at him, it didn't take long for them to arrive in the capitol. Kira was the first one off the train, wanting to escape from the two annoyances. Her fellow tribute and their mentor. Putting on a fake smile, she waved to the crowd of excited people. Before marching her way into the building. Ignoring any other fellow tributes that were slowly arriving from other districts. Dante on the other hand, followed out of the train with an exasperated sigh. As if he didn't worry enough about having to deal with the other Tributes, he also had to worry about Kira and how he would handle her 'attitude' for the duration of the Games. Maybe it was best, that he didn't over-think? Or it would get to him, if he thought it over to a deeper level. Making his way inside of the building. Everyone was waiting for their next instructions, as the other districts were arriving one by one. Getting settled into their assigned living areas.
