[@Sleeth] The Twin kingdomes [i]are[/i] the two cities to the South, Coris and Latis. There would be Humans and Half-Elves in those kingdoms. 
You might be confused with Mica and Yeryn, which are elves kingdoms up in the north in their magical forests.
