Background: George was born and raised in Mercer Town, and is from a long line of Dragon Tamers, including his father and grandfather who he shares a name with. They were the strongest trainers George had ever seen! He begged his parents for a Dragon of his own, but his parents felt he wasn’t ready for that responsibility. Eventually, after he turned 16, he was finally given the opportunity to get a Dragon of his own from Professor Cypress. His goal was to deafeat the Overseers, make it to the top of Mt. Calagon, and meet the legendary dragon Pokémon that created the region. That would definitely prove to his family that he was a worthy successor of the Pendragon legacy.
