The original description was nothing like the real life condition, it was much more like a certain fetish which makes multiple people here including myself uncomfortable.

No-one here is being intolerant of anything that actually exists in real life. And if no-one says they feel uncomfortable, how will the GM know they do?

There's no reason for anyone to be calling people out for being intolerant of real-life conditions.

I was really very upset by that but I've calmed down now even though I am still not happy with how some people are reacting at all.
