Standing at 6'1 and weighing at 180lbs. Having a toned athletic build with brown hair, a short beard, and blue eyes that go with his fair skin. One thing that is clear for people to see is a scar over his left eye. Along with some more on his body like his arms and chest. Due to the nature of his job, Kyle wears body armor that covers his torso. While it can stop bullets, higher tech weapons such as laser and plasma make short work of his armor. He tends to wear dark blue or black clothing that he wears over his body armor when on a job.

Kyle can be distant and can at times be cold to people. Kyle can be friendly and kind when he wants to and was like that most of the time before his father's death and having to live in poverty. Since living in the poorer parts of the city. Kyle has grown a thick skin and is used to looking out for himself and his mother. Not to say that Kyle can't be selfless just it tends to be small acts of selflessness most of the time. Two traits that have not changed in Kyle is his determination and his loyalty. In both finding his targets and finding out who killed his father and why it was covered up. And loyal to his family and what few friends he has. A loyalty that if broken then it will take alot for Kyle to trust that person again.

Kyle was born to a former Wasterlander father and city mother. He had a unique upbringing due to his father. While his father was a scientist that worked for BioSolutions Incorporated, his father never forgot about his life in the wasteland and would often talk about it with Kyle. Leaving him questions about the wasteland like if there are actually other safe cities out there. Of course, his father does not know but, it still was a thought that never really went away and during his childhood, Kyle's family did well for themselves. That was until Kyle was fifteen when his father was unexpectedly killed and his death was covered up by BioSolutions Incorporated. After which his mother had unexpected difficulties with getting a job. Soon Kyle and his mother found themselves poor with few options. Being forced to move to a poor section of the city and Wyatt was forced to learn how to fight and defend himself from bullies. By the time he was eighteen, Kyle with few options for a job, and on the advice of a friend. Decided on becoming a bounty hunter and slowly gained a name and equipment for himself. Eventually gaining the attention of the corporations but, choose to remain independent and sometimes takes up corporate jobs. Though Kyle never forgot about his father and his death being covered up. So while surviving as a bounty hunter, he tries to figure out who killed his father and why it was covered up.

After completing a job for a corporation, Kyle got eye augments with tracking software that enables him to aid him with taking down targets. By able to quickly identify target or targets in a crowd or while looking in a direction and he can turn the mode on and off on a whim.
