[b]Background:[/b] Norah’s family is one of the oldest in the Kaida region. She is the descendant of an ancient king that used to rule part of the area. Hesperus has looked to her for guidance for over 10 years now. Despite being a lady of a certain age, she is still quite active and a little bubbly. She is always happy to see new trainers in her area.

Norah is the creator of Venus Threads, a high end clothing store that has spread all throughout Kaida.

She has a daughter, Darlene, who is ready to take the Overseer position when she steps down.
