Welp in the meantime I'll patiently wait for the next GM updoot, my CS is just a few posts up if needed. For now Sam will...I don't know probably do his best job at helping random folks with crap. Old lady needs walking across a street BOOM ya boi has got it covered, package too heavy? HAHA he's your guy to struggle to carry it. Need relationship advice...Don't ask him he has no idea who he even is. rip
A stillness replaced the tumult of the sea, yet somehow it filled the space between the ship gently swaying side to side with an unease. No sun pierced the horizon but a sliver of light from the haze and overcast sky, no land in sight to beckon the vessel piercing the waves leaving ripples in it's wake. Not a soul had yet stirred from below deck but one, his silhouette cast off the prow a long shadow as he sat his crimson eyes glued to the misty horizon as though whatever lay ahead would make everything go back to normal or maybe change for the better. And yet he knew in his heart of hearts, that wouldn't ever be a possibility no matter how hard it would be to push down the feeling that made him want to tell the world. "I love..." his voice trailed, faltering as he took a shuddering breath the wind tearing him up "I love her." his shock white hair blew in the breeze, getting in his eyes wet with tears. He didn't even understand how to express such an emotion, usually it just went over his little head. But this time it was different, this time the emotions came too easily and too quickly for the likes of the poor little mamano to even properly digest which even were he able to Samael would simply not understand the sensations. He sighed, casting his gaze to the sea below and heaving a sigh 'I said it, but I said it before...I don't understand, is it the sea?' he inhaled, the brine of the ocean filling his nostrils but shook his head 'Uh-uh, can't be the sea...' but it was something, it was in the air but he couldn't quite grasp what it was or focus as to where it might originate as it clouded his mind causing him...Frustration? It was so strange, how could a silly smell cause him frustration? And so all the poor little demon could do was sit on the prow of the ship, wondering how he ended up where he was. ((Out of character, maybe but somehow Sam had to know that he was being affected by Grigor's scent wether he found out or not. As a preface, it had bugged him during the voyage to the island. Of course that isn't really important at this point but it allows the writer [ie: me] to express how it may have made Sam feel. Writing one's thoughts out can be a bit nerve-racking but I enjoy getting my points or feelings across for all to see.))
