So...there is a general thing or two both Brutrumukk and Aurora know about hags. 

1) They are powerful spellcasters who, more often than not, appear as elderly women. However, their true forms are uglier. Neither of them have heard what a hag's true form looks like. 

2) They see ugly things as beautiful and vice-versa.

That's about it...
