I'm assuming the terminology used is by the Sk8tes and not universal. It makes sense to me that a type of people would categorize [i]everyone else[/i] into a few broad terms.

Speaking of terms, is Sk8tes pronounced "Skates" or "Skate-tees?" I only ask because the 8 would usually remove the need for 'te' in a word. Like Sk8 gets the former across perfectly.
