A couple of years ago, Paypal limited my account. So, I was unable to pay artists for commissions.

Recently, I decided to start up a new email, and a new paypal, while closing the old one. Within minutes, this new paypal was permanently banned, and there seems to be [b]no[/b] way to get it back.

In my experience, I've yet to see an artist that is willing to accept payment through any means, but paypal. Considering paypal's practices, I've decided not to deal with them anymore.

I did encounter one artist who's willing to do a direct bank transfer. But, I'm not sure if this is even possible with my bank, let alone a good idea.

So, I've found myself in quite the bind.
