Heh, can't say I'm all that optimistic about my lifespan. Soldiers running amok with guns and flamethrowers for fuck knows what reason will do that to you. It's a miracle any of us made it out at all without ending up as charcoal. Still, nothing to do but try to help keep my fellow survivors in one piece for as long as possible.
