With a 17, you are able to pull the raft free from where it was stuck in the mud.

However, upon double checking the rules, Brutrumukk's carrying capacity is his STR score x 15. 16 x 15 would be 240 lbs. The raft is 300 lbs.

He can push/drag the raft up to twice his carrying capacity (16 x 30 = 480 lbs). Any more than that, and his movement speed drops by 5.
