At four bites, that's enough of a green light to get the OOC finished. Since it's already partially complete, I will have it up in the next two days. Thanks so much to everyone whose expressed interest so far! I really appreciate it and really look forward to writing with you all. 

In the mean time, you're free to character theorize. I'm aiming for one player per element. There are four of you currently so you may each choose amongst yourselves which you prefer. There is also the fifth spot that is available for a non-bender, and if one of you would like that option instead, I myself can flex over to fill the empty element.

Multiple players [i]can[/i] apply to play as one element, but I will only be accepting one character each. For this reason, I am allowing players to submit a second character for a different element in case they do not get their first choice. That also means the spots aren't 'first come first serve' in the case that there is more interest.

I'm providing the information I'll be asking for in your CS below. Some of it you may not be able to fill out until the rest of the world's information is given to you in the OOC. There is no coding requirement and the following can be organized in your sheet as you see fit, so long as they are all included in your final submission:

[color=white]Residence:[/color] Where your character lives. This can be in any of the rings, the Underground (more information on this later) or just outside the walls.
[color=white]Occupation:[/color] What does your character do for a living?

The following can be answered as your character:
[color=white]Who are you?[/color] This is replacing your standard 'history' section. Instead of history, I'd like to know who your character is [i]today[/i]. It might be a little rehash of the 'residence' and 'occupation' info but I still want a summary of your character as they are in the now. Do they have a routine? Why do they work where they do? How do they feel about the Republic? Are they curious about what's outside? This also does not need to be lengthy.

This is where I judge the merits of your character the most.

Please provide information on one NPC related to your character in the sheet.[/color][hr]
You can wait to create your character sheet until after the OOC is posted. There will be a full example of one so you can get a better understanding of the type of characters I'm looking for. If you have any questions, do let me know!
