I have a little memory but I believe he was a asshole to other races. Nords were fine but poor you if you weren't. Dunmer's cries for help were ignored as well as the Khajiit and Argonians were strictly banned from his city.

And only after death does he realize "Oh maybe fighting a war isn't the best idea since there is a giant dragon going to swallow the world and his war is only making it stronger."

But yeah he or his followers didn't much impress me. Sure I didn't want to go with the imperials either since they were going to chop my head. I kinda wanted a middle but eh xD I just end avoided both sides.

And I wanted to kill so many of his Followers in his city it wasn't funny xD
